My name is Jason Ewell. I help leaders become the kind of people others want to follow. In other words, I help leaders build healthy relationships. My hope is that people follow you not because your title demands it, but because they genuinely trust, respect, and want to work with you.

I do this by helping leaders develop one of the most overlooked relationship skills, listening.
